Nine Recycled Granule Grades,One Chennai Factory.
Every grade Ekoplast makes, with the colour, melt flow, applications and packing you need to shortlist before a trial lot. Seven LDPE film grades, one PP injection grade and one HDPE blow moulding grade, all reprocessed from sorted post-industrial waste.

The Range
Open any grade for its full specification, applications, buyer questions and related grades. MFI is stated where it defines the grade; for the LDPE film grades it is measured per lot and reported on the Certificate of Analysis.
Milk White LDPE

Opaque white recycled LDPE pellets with a clean, uniform tone. Suited to white carry bags, liners and general packaging film where a bright, consistent finish matters.
LD Film Natural Grade 1

Our cleanest natural grade, made from sorted post-industrial film waste. Smooth processing and a clear finish for blown film, lamination and premium carry bags.
LD Film Natural Grade 2

Dependable mid-grade natural pellets for everyday film extrusion. Consistent melt flow for packaging film, agricultural film and general-purpose bags.
LD Film Natural Grade 3

Economy natural grade with a light grey tint. A cost-effective choice for garbage bags, thick-gauge sheets, utility film and moulded products.
LD Red

Bright, evenly coloured recycled LD pellets. Ready to run for coloured carry bags, utility packaging and moulded items without added masterbatch.
LD Blue

General-purpose recycled LD blue pellets suited for utility applications, industrial packaging, and selected moulding requirements. Consistent colour, reliable processability, and a clean finish for repeat production runs.
LD Print

Reprocessed from printed film waste such as milk pouches. Steady extrusion and good strength for garbage bags, dark or coloured film and utility products.
PP Homopolymer Natural

Clear natural polypropylene homopolymer pellets with an MFI of 10. Flows easily for injection moulding of household articles, containers, buckets and everyday consumer goods.
HDPE Blue Drum

High-density polyethylene pellets reprocessed from blue drums, with an MFI of 0.5. Stiff and tough for blow moulded cans and drums, pipes, crates and heavy-duty extrusion.
Choosing a Grade
How do I choose between the LDPE natural grades?
Grade 1 for clear film and premium carry bags. Grade 2 for everyday packaging and agricultural film where slight haze is acceptable. Grade 3 for garbage bags, thick sheets and anything that will be coloured black or dark.
Which grade should I use for garbage bags?
LD Print or LD Film Natural Grade 3, run with black masterbatch. LD Print is usually stronger because of its milk pouch film content; Grade 3 is the most economical.
Which grades are for injection or blow moulding rather than film?
PP Homopolymer Natural (MFI 10) is the injection moulding grade for household articles. HDPE Blue Drum (MFI 0.5) is the blow moulding and pipe grade. The LDPE grades are film grades first, though Grade 3, Red and Blue are also used in moulded utility items.
Can I get a sample of each grade?
Yes. Hand samples for lab testing are available on request and a 500 kg trial lot is the standard first order for any grade.
