Natural Grade 2
Dependable mid-grade natural pellets for everyday film extrusion. Consistent melt flow for packaging film, agricultural film and general-purpose bags.
LD Film
Natural Grade 3
Economy natural grade with a light grey tint. A cost-effective choice for garbage bags, thick-gauge sheets, utility film and moulded products.
LD Red
Bright, evenly coloured recycled LD pellets. Ready to run for coloured carry bags, utility packaging and moulded items without added masterbatch.
LD Blue
General-purpose recycled LD blue pellets suited for utility applications, industrial packaging, and selected moulding requirements. Consistent colour, reliable processability, and a clean finish for repeat production runs.
LD Print
Reprocessed from printed film waste such as milk pouches. Steady extrusion and good strength for garbage bags, dark or coloured film and utility products.
PP Homopolymer
Natural
Clear natural polypropylene homopolymer pellets with an MFI of 10. Flows easily for injection moulding of household articles, containers, buckets and everyday consumer goods.
HDPE
Blue Drum
High-density polyethylene pellets reprocessed from blue drums, with an MFI of 0.5. Stiff and tough for blow moulded cans and drums, pipes, crates and heavy-duty extrusion.

What does Ekoplast manufacture?
Ekoplast manufactures recycled plastic granules in Chennai: seven LDPE grades (Milk White, Natural Grade 1, 2 and 3, Red, Blue and Print), a PP homopolymer natural grade with MFI 10, and an HDPE blue drum grade with MFI 0.5. All are reprocessed from sorted post-industrial plastic waste.

What is the minimum order quantity?
A 500 kg trial lot is the usual starting point for a new grade. After trials most customers move to monthly supply contracts with locked pricing. Granules are packed in 25 kg woven sacks and palletised on request.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Every outgoing lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis covering MFI, moisture and density, plus a GST invoice and lot-wise traceability.
How much cheaper are recycled granules than virgin plastic?
Ekoplast recycled grades are typically priced 20 to 35 percent below virgin polymer prices, depending on grade and volume. Rates are quoted per lot against current polymer prices.
Is Ekoplast a registered recycler?
Ekoplast is an MSME registered under UDYAM-TN-24-0154084, is a CPCB-registered plastic waste recycler and holds a TNPCB Consent to Operate. Feedstock is sourced under EPR-aligned agreements with FMCG and packaging units.
Does Ekoplast buy plastic waste as well as sell granules?
Yes. Ekoplast buys post-industrial LDPE film scrap, liners, lamination waste, shrink film and milk pouch scrap from factories and dealers across Tamil Nadu and South India, paid on the spot against a certified weighbridge reading.
Which industries use Ekoplast granules?
Blown film and carry bag manufacturers, garbage bag makers, lamination and packaging converters, household article injection moulders, and blow moulders and pipe extruders using HDPE. Delivery is pan-India from Chennai.
