Opaque white recycled LDPE pellets with a clean, uniform tone. Made in Chennai from sorted post-industrial LD film waste and supplied to film extruders and bag makers across India.
About Milk White LDPE
Milk White LDPE is our opaque white low-density polyethylene grade. The colour comes from the white masterbatch already present in the source film, so the pellet runs white without further pigment and gives a bright, even finish in the final product.
It is a film grade first. Processors use it for white carry bags, drum and box liners, general packaging film and as a white base layer in lamination. Because the source stream is sorted post-industrial film rather than mixed post-consumer waste, contamination is low and the melt stays stable across the run.

Do Milk White LDPE granules need extra white masterbatch?
Usually not. The white comes from the source film, so most processors run it as is. If you need a brighter or more opaque white for a specific bag or liner, a small addition of white masterbatch is enough.
Can this grade be used for food contact applications?
Ekoplast granules are made from post-industrial film waste and are intended for non-food packaging, bags, liners and sheets. For food contact you would need a virgin or certified food-grade material.
What thickness of film can I blow with it?
Customers run it on standard blown film lines for carry bags and liners across the usual gauge range. Send us your line details and target thickness and we will confirm suitability and share a trial lot.
