About LD Film Natural Grade 1
Natural Grade 1 is the top of our natural LDPE range. The feedstock is unprinted, single-polymer LD film waste from extrusion lines, converters and packaging units, sorted before granulation so that colour and contamination stay tightly controlled.
The result is a near-clear pellet that processes much like a virgin film grade. It is the grade we recommend for blown film where transparency matters, for lamination and for premium carry bags where a customer will notice the difference between a clean film and a hazy one.

What is the difference between Natural Grade 1, 2 and 3?
All three are natural LDPE film grades. Grade 1 is made from the cleanest, unprinted feedstock and gives the clearest film. Grade 2 is a dependable mid grade with a slight haze. Grade 3 has a light grey tint and is priced for utility film, garbage bags and moulded products.
Can I blend Grade 1 with virgin LDPE?
Yes. Many customers run a blend of recycled and virgin LDPE to bring cost down while keeping film properties close to their existing spec. Grade 1 is the natural grade best suited to high recycled-content blends.
Is a Certificate of Analysis provided?
Every lot ships with a COA covering MFI, moisture and density, so your line can be set up before the material arrives.
