LD Film Natural Grade 3Economy Grade, Honest Spec.
Light grey natural recycled LDPE pellets for cost-driven applications. The grade for garbage bags, thick-gauge sheets, utility film and moulded products where colour will be added anyway.
About LD Film Natural Grade 3
Natural Grade 3 is our economy natural LDPE. The feedstock includes lightly printed and mixed-source LD film, which gives the pellet a light grey tint. What it keeps is a stable melt and low moisture, so it runs cleanly on standard extrusion lines.
It is the sensible choice when the finished product is black, dark or thick: garbage bags, construction and packaging sheets, tarpaulin liners, utility film and injection or blow moulded items where a coloured masterbatch covers the base tint completely.

Questions About LD Film Natural Grade 3
If yours is not here, send it on WhatsApp and a technical person replies, not a bot.
Why is Grade 3 grey and does it matter?
The tint comes from lightly printed and mixed-source film in the feedstock. It does not matter for black or dark products, which is where this grade is used. For natural or light-coloured film use Grade 1 or Grade 2.
Can Grade 3 be used for garbage bag manufacturing?
Yes. Garbage bags and bin liners are the largest single use for this grade. Run with black masterbatch it gives a strong, economical bag.
How does it compare on price to virgin LDPE?
Recycled Ekoplast grades are typically 20 to 35 percent below virgin polymer prices. Grade 3 sits at the most economical end of the LDPE range.
