Recycled LDPE pellets reprocessed from printed film and milk pouch scrap. A strong, economical grade for garbage bags, dark or coloured film and utility products.
About LD Print
LD Print is made from printed post-industrial LDPE film, including milk pouch and pouch-printing rejects. The mixed print gives the pellet a pale grey-white base, which disappears under black or dark masterbatch.
It is a strength-first grade. Milk pouch film is a tough LDPE stream, and that carries through into the pellet, which is why it is a popular choice for garbage bags and heavy-duty utility film. It also runs well in dark coloured film and moulded utility items.

What feedstock goes into LD Print?
Printed post-industrial LDPE film: milk pouch scrap, pouch-printing rejects and printed packaging film from converters. All of it is sorted and post-industrial, not post-consumer household waste.
Will the print show in my final product?
Not in black or dark products, which is where this grade is used. In natural or light film the base tint would be visible, so choose a natural grade there.
Is LD Print suitable for garbage bags?
Yes. It is one of our two main garbage bag grades alongside Natural Grade 3. LD Print is usually the stronger of the two because of the milk pouch content.
